The Longevity menu at the Krallerhof
Enjoyment rethought
A culinary concept that goes far beyond taste: the menu at the Hotel Krallerhof in Leogang now includes dishes that are not only delicious, but also boost your health. The new Longevity menu is based on the latest findings in microbiome research and mitochondrial medicine and focuses on dishes that promote cell health, inhibit inflammation and support the intestinal flora. While turmeric shots, fermented vegetables and home-baked bread made from regional grains guarantee the perfect start in the morning, salads with plant-based protein sources and wild herbs provide energy at lunchtime. In the evening, locally farmed salmon trout, organic vegetables from regenerative agriculture or spicy lentil curry are served. Free from refined sugar and industrial fats, but gently cooked or steamed, the natural nutrients are optimally preserved. The concept was developed in collaboration with Austrian microbiome specialist and triathlete Simone Kumhofer. Marked by a blue dot on the buffet or on the dishes, the offer is easy to recognize and combine. It complements the year-round "Regeneration & Longevity by Krallerhof" program, which sets standards in terms of prevention and quality of life with retreats, coaching and innovative therapies.
