All new residential units are directly connected to the Hotel Andreus by short underground paths - including their own underground parking garage. In the Sky Alpine Family Suite, a family vacation becomes a real relaxation: a comfortable double room, a separate children's room with balcony access, two bathrooms with shower and two separate WCs offer plenty of space for young and old. In the de luxe version, a private whirlpool ensures relaxing hours in the open air.

The three new Sky Villas, each with 190m² of living space, including approx. 100m² of living and sleeping area with cuddly bed and views of nature, walk-in closets, two bathrooms, lounge and private cooking and dining area, ensure very special vacation moments.
