It is the comeback of a European hotel icon: The Steigenberger Icon Europäischer Hof Baden-Baden opened its doors on August 14, 2025 after extensive renovation - a place full of history, splendor and enjoyment.

Located in the heart of Baden-Baden, Europe's most renowned spa town at the foot of the Black Forest, the hotel impressively combines historical substance with contemporary elegance. It is the return of a legend: As the founding hotel of the Steigenberger brand, the Europäische Hof Baden-Baden has a special symbolic significance and today, 95 years after its original opening as the first Steigenberger Hotel, sets new standards for cultivated luxury and stylish hospitality.

Wellness lovers will find their refuge in the 1,300 square meter The Vault Spa Suites. The spa is inspired by the city's Roman bathing culture.
