The luxury travel industry is now talking a lot about the "new luxury". What does this term mean to you?

Definitions vary and there are many views on how luxury travel should be reshaped and reimagined since the changes that have been forced upon us all this year. We've already seen 'staycation' become a regularly used term, making the most of what's on the ground and on our own doorstep. But we are also planning a dream trip as soon as borders reopen around the world. The environment and social engagement will be part of the job of a personal travel consultant, who should assist clients with future itineraries and plans. 'Social distancing' has meant that we have all become accustomed to opting for more isolation when traveling, so we are already seeing that nature experiences and sustainability are in high demand.
