Attentive, polite and personal welcome, service/attention during the stay and the phrase "Thank you for staying with us" on departure.
Accommodation that makes you experience/feel the feeling of small, personal, "we're glad you're here" (almost) every day anew
Appreciation that I can spend my earned money here


What extraordinary and luxurious experiences do customers expect in the future?

Clear feedback from my customers:
Wellness & Spa: NO extremely inflated costs for treatments
WLAN: available free of charge in all areas
Service: Exactly what I wrote above, that the feeling of "Thank you for staying with us" is experienced
Location: the exposed or special location in the destination/place is important (i.e. not always in the center or similar)


How will booking behavior change, which trends will be set, which will be abandoned?

Extremely noticeable in my office for a good 3 weeks:
Customers want accommodation that can be booked with me under identical conditions
Booking conditions: up to 6 weeks before the start of the trip, there is no charge for canceling,
better handling of special requests, e.g. connecting door, all on one floor, ...
