A380 online booking assistants
With the online booking assistant iflyA380.com, Airbus is taking travel planning to a new level.
IflyA380.com is the first and only flight search engine to display search results by aircraft type, representing a new trend in flying on the world's largest double-decker airliner, the A380.
For the first time, passengers can book flights on the A380 of their choice. They can customize their travel experience on board and opt for wider seats, higher quality services, more entertainment options and an overall more comfortable flight.
Connoisseur Circle will also soon be testing another A380 version, this one operated by Asiana on the Frankfurt - Seoul route.
iflyA380.com function: On the website, air travelers can search for all A380 flights, explore all destinations served by the A380 and find out about the services on board the world's leading airlines in the individual classes.
User-friendly: The user simply selects the departure city, destination and travel dates. In the search results, all flights found with the A380 are displayed, including the airlines, prices and itineraries. Once the right flight has been found, the user is automatically redirected to the airline's website and can complete the booking there.
To date, around 170 million passengers have flown with the A380. Worldwide, the A380 is in service on 110 routes to 55 destinations.
The A380 is operated by Air France, Asiana Airlines, British Airways, China Southern Airlines, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Korean Air, Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways International.
The A380 flies to 55 destinations in 32 countries, 2000 flights per week. An A380 takes off or lands somewhere in the world every 2 minutes.
