Turkish Airlines honored with four Skytrax World Airline Awards

While many airlines are cutting back on in-flight service for cost reasons or strategic considerations, Turkish Airlines is sticking to its strategy of offering passengers not only modern aircraft but also perfect service - on the ground and in the air!

Even though the Turkish Star Alliance member is currently operating in a very difficult market environment, its service has not suffered. This year's four awards include: "Best Airline in Southern Europe", "Best Business Class Onboard Catering", "World's Best Business Class Lounge", and "Best Business Class Dining Lounge", all presented at the industry's highly prestigious Skytrax World Airline Awards. The awards were presented at the Air Show currently taking place in Paris.

The Turkish Airlines Lounge in Istanbul has been one of the most internationally renowned for many years. Above all, the always freshly prepared meals rightly deserve the accolade of "Best Business Class Lounge Dining".
