Admittedly, flights with Saudi Arabian Airlines are probably not among the preferred options for traveling from Europe to Asia in our latitudes, although the airline is a member of SkyTeam and thus a partner of Air France, KLM or Alitalia.

In order to attract more international attention in the service sector, the entertainment program was doubled as one of numerous measures. An extensive agreement was even signed with Warner Brothers and FOX for films and television. A total of 1,800 hours of entertainment are now offered, including movies, music, games and much more. Numerous Hollywood films are offered through the agreement with Warner Brothers and FOX. There are also 208 Islamic programs selected by the Royal Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance.

Internet access is already installed on all new Saudia aircraft on medium and long-haul routes, such as the Boeing 787. Internet on board is free of charge for First and Business Class passengers. In addition, a streaming portal - SAUDIA's Skyfi - has been set up for all those passengers who prefer to watch movies online on their personal tablet or computer.

Saudi Arabian Airlines flies to 86 cities, 59 of which are international, from its two hubs in Riyadh and Jeddah. By the end of 2017, the company will have an average age of just over 3.75 years due to the delivery of new aircraft. There are currently 136 aircraft in operation.
